Terms of Use

This website can't without a supporting foundation, so there has to be a few rules and regulations to keep things running smoothly. There is an actual, legally written document that explains in-depth; the terms of use according to Skyline Designs... I have taken the liberty of condensing the terms into a much shorter list of "do's and dont's", so read up, and be sure to follow them! If any rules or terms are not followed/broken, you could find yourself in legal trouble. This site has a zero-tolerance policy for theft or any other illegal acts on the internet. Onward with the terms...
  1. Skyline Designs is a privately and independently owned website. It is not part of an affiliated chain or company of any sort. If someone claims to own, work at, or be a part of Skyline Designs, it is most likely a false statement. It is ILLEGAL to impersonate someone else, so don't claim to work here or own the site.
  2. All graphic and written content belongs to this website. Some of this "graphic" content includes downloadable resources such as brushes, textures, etc... These resources must be credited to! A full link back to SkylineDesigns.Paper-Hearts.net is required on the page(s) that you display your use of our resources on. It is illegal to claim, redistribute/sell, or remove credit from any content you obtain from this website. Any content that's not originally from Skyline Designs will be credited appropriately.
  3. You may not take or alter any coding from this website, either. The coding used on this website is solely created by the administration. Coding used from an external source will have encrypted credits within the source code. Please DO NOT claim the code, use it without permission, or redistribute/sell the coding used on this website. It's illegal... surprising, eh?
  4. You may not publicly criticize or "talk-down" Skyline Designs. This isn't illegal, but could lead up to some legal action if you persist to flame the site. This type of conflict usually includes someone claiming that the website contains malicious software or SpyWare, or claiming that the site contains a Cookie-Grabber, etc... That is illegal, and we will not tolerate false accusations.
  5. All in all; just use common sense. If it's illegal or seems like it would be against the rules, then don't do it. If you're caught breaking the rules or doing something illegal that pertains to this website, you will be IP banned from this site, as well as possibly even reported for illegal actions.
